Angel Student Sponsorship Program

The financial commitment of a sponsor is $30/month for as long as your sponsored student attends the NOE Center. You can choose to pay monthly, quarterly, or annually.
 
You may donate securely online, send a check directly to NOE International, or pay over the phone by calling 971-255-9140. All online payments are processed through SafeSave™.
 
If circumstances change and your student is no longer attending our afterschool classes, we’ll notify you and send you a new student who is available for sponsorship.

The cost to sponsor a child through NOE International is $30 per month. Sponsorship connects you with one special child who you can build a friendship with, but unlike other programs, sponsored children don’t receive direct cash benefits. Instead, we combine your gift with gifts from other caring sponsors for maximum effectiveness — you join forces with other sponsors to underwrite the cost of classes.
 
Your sponsorship donation represents the cost of one student attending a class at a NOE Center. The cost for a student to attend one class is far lower, but most students attend multiple classes and/or ministries that NOE offers. We charge a small registration fee to all students and offer partial scholarships to those in financial need. However, the student registration fee does not fully cover the cost of the center’s programs. Your sponsorship gift through the Angel Program is combined with other donations to cover the total program costs at the NOE Centers.
 
The Angel Program is our primary means of funding and supporting those who attend the NOE Centers. Our Angels allow us to provide our educational programs at an incredibly low cost to each student. We do not differentiate between sponsored and unsponsored children.

Our need for Angel sponsors is growing right along with the ministry. We currently have sponsors for 30% of enrolled students. Our goal is to significantly increase the number of students sponsored. Help us to reach this goal by signing up today!

Yes, you can! If you wish to sponsor more than one child, you absolutely can do so.

We encourage you to correspond with your student regularly.
 
Emailing is an easy way to let your sponsored child know they’re in your thoughts and prayers. When you send a message online, a NOE staff member prints it out, translates it to Spanish (if necessary), and delivers it to your child. It’s a wonderful way to show you care, plus it’s quick and easy for you, and saves a stamp! You can send your email to [email protected]. Remember to put your student’s name in the subject line.

Photos of you and your family, and even your pets, will be especially treasured.

Please be sensitive when choosing photos, as standards of clothing and modesty vary.

Introduce yourself! Where do you live, how do you like to spend your time, what are your hobbies?

Introduce your family and friends. Does your extended family live nearby? If you have children, what are their ages and names? Do you have family pets?

Learn about your sponsored child’s culture. Ask about their favorite holiday and how they celebrate it. What’s their favorite game and how do they play it? What is the first thing they do when they wake up in the morning? What is the last thing they do before they go to bed?

Write a thank you note in response to your child’s letter to you. Mention the things your child wrote about and ask them more questions.

Share one of your favorite Bible verses.

Note: Be sure to be considerate of your sponsored student’s environment and culture. For example, avoid writing about the things you own since your child might have very few possessions.
