Interns who work at NOE, as well as some of our U.S. staff at the NOE Centers, invite people to support NOE International. Donations may be made to NOE International with a preference for that intern’s or staff member’s support, with the understanding that NOE International has full discretion over the use of those funds, in accordance with rules set by the IRS.
