Thank you to all who supported NOE through the 2017 Portland Marathon fundraiser. It was great to see so many different groups of people come together to support this wonderful ministry. It was a resounding success! Please join us this year as NOE participates in the Apple Tree Marathon in Vancouver, Washington Sept. 16th 2018
